Tary is a Newberg, Oregon native who began her real estate career in 1990. Since then, she has helped thousands of families buy and sell real estate. Real estate is her passion in life. Helping friends, family and clients through the process of buying and selling homes and creating wealth through real estate investing brings her great joy and fulfillment.
Tary is married to her life and business partner, Jason Aldridge and together they have 4 amazing children. When Tary is not doing real estate, you can find her spending time with her family, playing tennis, or boating on Lake Lanier.

Jason has been an entrepreneur since 1993 where he has provided service to clients at a very high level. He owned a bathtub refinishing company from 1993-2007 then transitioned into full home renovations and home flipping. After the home market crashed in 2008-2009 he had a brief stint working for an NFL sports agency where he recruited top level college athletes to his agency as they prepared for the NFL Combine and draft. After a few years in that world he began to shift his focus back to real estate and has now been licensed nearly 11 years. He is committed to providing world class service to all of clients.
Taylor Drouault

Taylor graduated from Georgia College & State University with a degree in Marketing. She loves house plants, dogs, and crime shows! She got her real estate license in 2020 and hasn’t looked back. Born into real estate, Taylor is an expert in the local market and has a passion for helping guide clients as they navigate the real estate process.

Jessica is a dedicated real estate professional with over 22 years of experience, known for her steady expertise and always willing to go the extra mile. A Florida native now putting down roots in North Georgia, she blends her coastal background with a love for the mountains and the communities she now serves.
In July, Jessica joined Homes by Tary as the team’s executive assistant, where she supports operations, enhances client experiences, and keeps the business running with precision and heart. Passionate and service-driven, she loves helping people just as much as the animals that she rescues, because everyone deserves a place to call “home.”
