Tary is a Newberg, Oregon native who began her real estate career in 1990. Since then, she has helped thousands of families buy and sell real estate. Real estate is her passion in life. Helping friends, family and clients through the process of buying and selling homes and creating wealth through real estate investing brings her great joy and fulfillment.
Tary is married to her life and business partner, Jason Aldridge and together they have 4 amazing children. When Tary is not doing real estate, you can find her spending time with her family, playing tennis, or boating on Lake Lanier.

Taylor graduated from Georgia College & State University with a degree in Marketing. She loves house plants, dogs, and crime shows! She got her real estate license in 2020 and hasn’t looked back. Born into real estate, Taylor is an expert in the local market and has a passion for helping guide clients as they navigate the real estate process.

With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, Sheneva has held many supportive roles in the industry including Mortgage Loan Processor, Underwriter, Transaction Coordinator, and Listing Coordinator. To provide additional support in her roles, she acquired her Georgia Real Estate license in 2014.
Sheneva currently provides high-level administrative support to Tary Drouault and the Homes by Tary Team. She anticipate the needs of the team and clients and proactively address challenges to ensure a smooth operation.
A mother of 4 beautiful children and wife to a wonder husband for over 20 years, family and faith is everything to Sheneva. She loves to cook, travel and spend time with her family.
